1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Salvage Empire! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Salvage Empire ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Salvage Empire mobile game application (the "Game").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Game on a compatible mobile device that you own or control.
• Access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not include the right to:

• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose.

4. Game Features and Mechanics

4.1 Core Gameplay

Salvage Empire is a car salvage tycoon simulation game where players:

• Participate in live auctions to purchase damaged vehicles.
• Repair vehicles using various quality levels and parts.
• Sell vehicles through multiple channels (Private, Dealer, Export, Re-Auction).
• Build and upgrade their salvage business empire.

4.2 Virtual Currency

The Game includes two types of virtual currency:

• Cash: Earned through gameplay by buying and selling vehicles.
• Gold Bars: Premium currency that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay.

Virtual currency has no real-world value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and is non-transferable.

4.3 In-Game Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases, including:

• Gold Bars packages.
• Garage slot expansions.
• Speed-up items for repairs, sales, and transport.
• Premium upgrades and features.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4.4 Game Progress and Saves

Your game progress is automatically saved to cloud servers. We are not responsible for loss of progress due to:

• Device malfunction or loss.
• Uninstalling the Game without proper account backup.
• Account deletion or termination.
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat or Exploit: Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Manipulate Game Mechanics: Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.
• Account Sharing: Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Fraudulent Purchases: Make fraudulent in-app purchases or chargebacks.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempt to extract source code, assets, or game data.
• Harassment: Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or our staff.
• Illegal Activities: Use the Game for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.

6. Account Management

6.1 Account Creation

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Cheating or use of unauthorized software.
• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff.
• Any reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, game progress, and any virtual items or currency.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game and all content, including but not limited to:

• Graphics, artwork, character designs, vehicle models.
• Software code, algorithms, game mechanics.
• Text, dialogue, storylines, mission descriptions.
• Audio, music, sound effects.
• Trademarks, logos, brand names ("Salvage Empire," "NorthBid Salvage").

are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Game Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time.
• Change game mechanics, features, pricing, or virtual currency values.
• Add or remove content, vehicles, locations, or features.
• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance.

We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation of the Game or any features.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of game content.

We do not warrant that the Game will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or game progress.
• Loss of virtual currency or virtual items.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Damages arising from game modifications, updates, or discontinuation.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salvage Empire, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Game.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of another party.
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@salvageempire.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Game shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, except as modified by these Terms.

The arbitration will be conducted in English in the United States. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

12.4 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Refund Policy

All in-app purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies:

14.1 Apple App Store Purchases

• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through the App Store.
• Visit support.apple.com or use the "Report a Problem" feature.
• Apple's refund policy applies to all iOS purchases.

14.2 Google Play Store Purchases

• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google through Google Play.
• Visit the Google Play Store app or support.google.com/googleplay.
• Google's refund policy applies to all Android purchases.

14.3 Our Policy

• We cannot process refunds directly as all transactions are handled by the app stores.
• Refunds may be granted for technical errors resulting in duplicate charges or non-delivery of purchased content.
• Virtual currency and items cannot be refunded once used in the Game.
• Account termination for Terms violations forfeits all purchases without refund.

15. Third-Party Services and App Stores

15.1 Apple App Store

If you access the Game via the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Salvage Empire only, not with Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Game.
• Apple is not responsible for product liability claims or intellectual property infringement claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Game.

15.2 Google Play Store

If you access the Game via Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

15.3 Other Third-Party Services

The Game may integrate with third-party services (analytics providers, social media platforms). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms in the Game.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date.
• Sending an in-game notification.

Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Salvage Empire regarding the Game.
